Wrong currency for Latvia.

Xbox Games market place shows wrong currency for Latvia. It shows old currency LS(lats), but we have Euro currency here.

Changed Xbox account back to Latvia, (address, region etc.), changed in Console settings locale to: Latvia...

Now do not see any Free games offered at all. Most propably due to Latvia region is not in supported Countries, there is even still Latvian Lats currency (however we use EUR already for 3 years).

Do not see point from Xbox360 account except ONLINE and MULTIPLAYER gaming, no any free games, monthly offers or whatever else.

Sad...

 

A big issue with purchase system for Latvia.

Hello!

I'm from Latvia, and i recently tried to buy some arcade games with my credit card, and while doing that, i found out that all prices are still listed in LS currency, which no longer exists since our currency is now Euros. So, because of this currency issue,
i cannot make any purchases whatsoever. Any suggestions on what should i do?

Latvia is not a supported region so cannot even buy live or use the marketplace sorry.

 

Xbox uses local currency to represent points or currency to purchase

Even if It recognizes euro prepaid gift cards are region specific

Meaning even if you use a France gift card in a german account it won't work even if they both use euro

Most likely France will use francs anywsays

 

The change just occurred, it'll be a while before things are updated in the system.
