    At the beginning of this year I noticed the rewards page(s) would show euros (I live in the USA and use dollars). I also can't figure out how to check/change it back. I never changed it myself. I have over 5000 credits that should have been automatically
    transferred to my Xbox account as dollars at the end of December. These have not and I am worried I will loose them. What is going on???

    Delete live account

    Can you at least change my location, it's showing me the wrong country in the billing information. Because of this I have the wrong currency when I try to use the marketplace. Plus I believe I can't use a card if there is a different country set.

    Wrong Currency?

    Hey folks,

    Really sorry to hear people are having issues with purchasing.

    We are aware of the issue with some folks seeing in-game prices in the wrong currency. We are currently investigating this issue.

    well two things currency cannot be transfered between regions this is especially for the rewards program

    Also should.be noted that they go by your account region and physical ip

    So if you are on an foreign us military base then no you aren't using a us ip

    Only the alghanistan base has a us ip

    You are using the local countries host to connect to the Internet not a dod connection

    Hi

    When you open the web page try scrolling the web page all the way down an in the bottom left corner of the page you should see a little picture of a globe and net to it something like English (United Kingdom) that you can select and change to your location.
    I would also advise you to check your
    account region
    just to make sure that is set correctly as well.

  7. update: I did receive the credit deposit on December 27, 2017, but that was before everything changed to £ and not $. I can't seem to qualify for missions that require money spent, like Freedom Rewards. Is this because I don't spend £ like it wants?

    I have changed the language several times back to English(United States) and have double checked my account region, it still says United States. Also, not military. And my device I am using says United States.

    Can you try clearing your browser history and also browser cache just in case the browser may be holding onto some cached information from a previous visit to Xbox.com that might cause your problem.

  10. Good News! I logged in today and I am seeing $$$! lol I don't know why, but I am not going to question it (unless it's £ again tomorrow). Thanks for the help though. I usually clear my history, cache, etc. at least once a week, but I did again anyway
    just in case. Wrong currency/country. :)
