Wrong cover art shown for my games section on dashboard!

Hi.

When I goto my games on the Xbox 360 dashboard most of my games are showing the cover art for Jetpack Joyride (Windows Phone 8 cover). Please fix ASAP, thanks!

Missing Cover Art

1st of all Aegis Wing is a U.S. only game so the cover art will not be on the UK dashboard. Halo CE has never shown the cover art, even when I have played it. The other games not showing cover art, could be that the other games don't have their cover art
just yet. They is actually quite a few games that don't have their cover art (Sonic the Hedgehog 1 is one without cover art at the moment on the marketplace).

 

No Cover Art for Fez on Dashboard

It should also be noted that when viewing my profile when logging on to xbox.com, there is no cover art shown for Fez (just a blank white box) whereas other games do show cover art.

4 Games that are showing Jetpack Joyride today

I have the same problem. I have COD Ghost in the game tray but the cover art is for jetpack joyride for Xbox windows phone..neither of which I own.

 

Same here. september, art wasnt showing. october, cover art was kingdom and lords. And now its jetpack joyride. Please make cover art part of game instead of having to load it from live every time. i dont think it would be that hard

 

Here we go again! After the Kingdoms & Lords fiasco from last month, now we have Jetpack Joyride polluting our dashboards. And the fix from last time - clearing the cache and doing a hard reset - doesn't seem to work this time around.

Looks like this is going to be a monthly thing until we all upgrade like good little economic units... I mean, customers.

 

I had a couple, then when I checked more had converted over to Jet Pack Joyride - A GAME I HAVE NEVER DOWNLOADED OR USED!!!

I've had this happen to me recently also, except it was for two XBLA games at least... so far anyway. They were Darkstalkers Resurrection and Sega Bass Fishing. I loaded up the former to see if there was anything wrong with the game itself, and it plays
just fine though. So, I would've been more worried if the game didn't load up like it's supposed to. Hopefully Microsoft will have this resolved soon.

Sorry to hear you're having a cover art issue again. Just to test, can you try uninstalling one of the pieces of content that is showing Jetpack Joyride and re-download it? Let us know if that changes anything for you.

 

Haha no, maybe Microsoft can just do their jobs and fix it, we shouldn't have to.

 

its on 10 of my games just like last time, i really dont wanna uninstall all of them. wish the cover art was just installed on my xbox instead

 

sucks buying a bunch of digital copy games and they never have covers. its like buying a game without a case.

 

I don't know what this stupid Jetpack Joyride game is, but it keeps replacing my cover art for
Sonic 4: Episode II and NiGHTS Into Dreams, and it's really ticking me off. So they better fix this
right now, cause I'm not going to be able to keep these games on my Xbox 360 unless they do. There's just no excuse for this.
