    I recently received a code from Xbox live that said it was dawn of the planet of the apes, however, once redeemed it turned out to be planet of the apes, a films over 10 years older.

    Xbox One code redeemed on wrong account

    I redeemed a game code that I received when I purchased Assassins Creed: Origins Deluxe edition on my wrong account and I'm wondering if there's a way I can redeem it again (with proof of purchase of game and code of course).

    Can you please post the 8 digit error code that you receive when trying to use the code on the console?

    If you get a message saying that it is a wrong code then you could be entering it wrong. Sometimes 8 can be mistaken for B or 0 for O.
