    Wrong code issued upon rewards redemption


    Hi! I recently redeemed 12,000 of my Rewards Points for 1 Month of Ultiante Game Pass, which I have done before. It has always added 1 Month to my current subscription, but now it says that the code is only for New Subscribers. The description doesn’t mention
    this and like I said, it worked in the past. Also, I’m unable to submit to the problem to the MS Support site, as it says “something went wrong on OUR side” every time I attempt.

    My $5 reward card was "declined" in transfer.

    Since that is not an Xbox Rewards program issue, this is the wrong forum. If you were trying to get a $5 code from the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page.

    Since that was a Microsoft Rewards issue and not an Xbox Rewards issue, you may want to contact their customer support via their redemption page to see if they can issue a new code.

    Support doesn't handle the rewards program so they don't realize they are different. The Xbox Rewards program does not issue codes. So you would need to contact customer support for the Microsoft Rewards program is their redemption page.

    Since that is not a Rewards program issues, Rewards support will not be able to assist. If you redeemed the code from the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. Otherwise, you would need to
    contact the retailer you received the code from.
