wrong click on the Xbox Live-supported region

Gift cards are region free but xbox live codes aren't.

If there are any issues with the Xbox Live service, try to redeem the prepaid code later.

If there are no problems with the Xbox Live service, check the following:

•The region for the code matches the region for your Xbox Live account. If you need to change your region, see Change your Xbox Live country/region in your billing information.

•The billing information for your Xbox Live account is correct.

•The region in your Xbox Live billing information matches the country where you currently live.

•There's not an outstanding balance on your Xbox Live payment option.

If you need to change the region for your Xbox Live account, go to account.xbox.com and then click Change my region.

Xbox LIVE is only supported to certain regions. Creating an account and purposely entering the wrong region is not only a violation of the Terms of Use, but will most likely lead to issues when using the marketplace. There is no "fix" for this.

if you do not live in the supported regions indie games are only available in certain regions

if you click on the lower left corner of this page you can select your region



then goto games and xbox games

if your region supports indie games they will be there

indie games are region locked to the region they marketed in

this also means they cannot be downloaded outside their regions

this includes physical locations
