Wrong channel order (OneGuide with Entertain from Deutsche Telekom)

Hi! I tried to delete all OneGuide settings a few times and set it up again and tried the options to show/hide HD channels but when I use voice commands to switch to a new channel* in many cases the wrong channel is shown. And even if I enabled to show all
channels some numbers are different than on my TV (without Xbox OneGuide).

*the German dashboard seems to have a display bug. It shows voice command examples like "CHANNELNAME ansehen" but you have to say "ansehen CHANNELNAME".

I use "Entertain" from "Deutsche Telekom" with BigTV (additional channel abo).

Does anyone know how to fix this?

    sincerely

    Alexander S.

    :)

Hi, unfortunately OneGuide channel listings are not currently available in Germany. The team is working hard to light this up for more regions.

Wrong channel order (OneGuide with Entertain from Deutsche Telekom)

Hi Alexander, not sure this helps but have you re-ordered any channels via your set-top box or local solution? The OneGuide solution does not support local re-ordering (I had this confirmed by Microsoft in other thread and they suggest that instead OneGuide
favorite option is used for quick access). Anyway, just a wild guess as I noticed that Entertain seems to support re-ordering of your channels in the house.

Visa versa, if the OneGuide correctly lists the right Entertain channels but in wrong order you might be able to re-order your channels locally to fit the Xbox understanding of the service (as temporary fix)? I found the instructions to be in page 71 of
    the user manual (Entertain Bedienungsanleitung).

  6. Hey everyone,

Any and all OneGuide issues can be reported by going to TV & OneGuide settings -> troubleshooting -> Report a OneGuide problem.

These get filed directly to our data quality guys.

    Thanks!

OneGuide in Germany (Telekom Entertain) not working?

Hopefully this gets addressed soon for Germany to support standard cable & Satellite receivers. Also recording on an external hard disk connected to Xbox one. Or at least timeshift on the internal disk for 10mins. But recording like we had it in MCE would
    bet the CTQ to meet.
