Wrong case review

Hello i am here to inform i never got to know why i was suspended for so i went for a wrong message and then found out another message was responsible for the ban i have footage of a guy scamming me and i wrote him a message saying
[Mod Removed – Profanity] Scammer

By swearing you violated the code of conduct, that is more than enough reason to suspend you.

Hello Voic3,

We have already answered you on your first post. There is nothing we can do to help with this issue. You filled out a case review and you were found you violated the code of conduct so they upheld the decision. Also Enforcement never gives out a definite
reason why you were suspended due to people that will retaliate.

I will be locking this thread also, sorry for the suspension you have got. Be mindful of the code of conduct and you will not get them any longer.

For scams that gets reported to epic games.

Nothing anyone here can do, stick with Enforcement and maybe review the
Code of Conduct.

You should receive an email addressed to the email account associated with the gamer tag that received the ban/suspension from Microsoft/Xbox telling you why you were banned. To check your enforcement history, you can go here: https://enforcement.xbox.com/Enforcement/ShowEnforcements
just make sure to sign in with the affected account.

The enforcement team does not use the forums. For information about suspensions and to see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com

If someone else was doing something wrong, you would need to file a complaint on them via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate them.
