    9 year old grandson bought Xbox live card instead of Xbox gift card we already have Xbox live can we just redeem gift Xbox live for the gift card for the vbucks I know we cannot exchange but I was hoping there’s a solution he spent 60.00 of his on money

    Bought a card at Walmart and the code on the card is all wrong don't know what to do help.

    As far as I am aware once purchased it is not possible to exchange a code for another item

    If it has not been redeemed you could contact the retailer he purchased it from for a refund/exchange. Otherwise, as already stated, it would not be possible to exchange it.

    He bought it at Shoprite and they said they won't exchange it. Xbox said they could do it too. Shoprite just lost a customer.
