    Please help me, I tried to set up an account for my wife. But entered the wrong birthdate, now she is not allowed to change anything. It shows it as 8/20/17 but it should be 8/09/1953. How can we change this?

    Please try following the steps on this link and you should be able to change the date of birth How to change a birth date on a Microsoft account.
    This is not going to work, I tried it and now it wants to verify information but still didn't solve my problem. They think my wife is 3 years old.
