    I got billed 244.39 L.E. on 13 April for Microsoft ultimate 1 , these money is withdrawed from my bank account although I didn't purchased any thing during this month. i want my money back.

    Hi there,

    If you're trying to do it on the PC, go to the bottom of the browser page and check the location next to the globe. If it says United States, click it and select the correct region.

    See if that fixes it, and report back.
