    Wrong amount sent for Gold promo code


    Hi,

    I recently used the on-dash promo for a 12 month Gold subscription. The promo explicitly states that signing up for a 12 month subscription will get you a $15 dollar gift card code. When the code came, however, it was for only $5. I'd like to have the amount
    corrected.

    I bought live about a month ago, and there was a deal going on. It said I would receive 10$ through a message on Xbox if I bought 3 months. I received that message, it was only 5$. The problem is I accidentally deleted that message, is there anyway I could
    get another code? I never put the other code in before I deleted it.

    The sign-up-for gold promo is the only one I am aware of that I have used. If this is something different then hearing from a CM would be helpful as would having it corrected. I have already talked to customer service reps in other departments who say that
    this is a known issue and that the only recourse is to contact the promo department through this forum.

    Also, the terms say "up to 4 weeks", not "in 4 weeks".

    Is this issue being addressed at all? Its been over a week since I posted and there has been no response. I've also seen several threads from people with the same issue and no response there either. Even a quick "we're working on it" would be nice. Thanks.
