If you believe the amount to be wrong you will have to contact support directly as they can access your account. That promo was only in certain countries.

Hello ActualyCoder3, what Gamingboy177 suggested is correct you can type the code into the redeem code area, and it will bring up the amount of money displayed after this you can either confirm or decline the gift card so it can then be redeemed later.
