    I purchased a game and an amount which is less then the game amount has gone of my bank account. Also the account used is someone else email not mine according to the microsoft investigation option.

    When you go to complete a purchase, it will default to using your credit card initially but when you go to complete the purchase it will ask if you want to use the remaining currency in your Microsoft Account. If you click no then the full amount is deducted
    from your credit card, but if you choose to use it the currency will be deducted and if it can't cover the amount the remaining amount is charged to your card. Let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks,

    All ready paid the amount but it says insufficient funds

    i can't see the record at my purchase history, but i have a notification in my Gcash account that a certain amount is deducted.

    Good day. I have the exacr problem right now.can you assist.as i didnt make a payment or even receieve an invoice of that amount. It is quite a significant amount that was deducted from my account.
