    Wrong age


    I accidentally put the wrong age when making my Xbox Live profile. It's annoying because I can't access for example community paints in Forza Horizon 3. Is there any ways to change the age that there wouldn't be Xbox Live parental control settings when ingame? I
    also don't want to make a new profile because I've almost completed FH3. Please help ASAP

    It sounds like you may have an orphaned child account and if so, your issue will need to be escalated to the Xbox Rangers to resolve your issue.

    Hey there!

    The age on an Xbox Live account cannot be changed manually. The only way it can become an adult account is to graduate naturally. However, as a child account, there should be an admin account associated with your account that can adjust the

    account privacy settings and restrictions    .

    At this time there is no way to change the age setting of the GT's

    You will need to make a new one.

    Sorry to hear it. If you have put the age as lower than you actually are then there is nothing that can be done as it will have to age normally.

    However, if you have reached the age of majority in your country you can try to promote your gamertag to adult.
