Wrong age?

Hello, just started my xbox around 4 (am, yes am) and I can't seem to connect to xbox live. It says I need a parent account, even though I was using xbox live fine last week. I'm guessing it might be my parents removing me (a bit late) but now I can't seem
to do anything. I'm wondering if I just put in a younger than truth age or something my parents did (not exactly in good terms) could you please help?

I think if you like campaign modes then you got to find yourself liking this game. I finished playing the whole Wyatt first walk through and it's nice to play game that devotes the whole project to campaigners rather than the new fashion of online multi players. I am ashamed to say though, just to total annoyance and frustration I had to go from a harder mode to "please don't hurt me daddy mode" LOL, on that last boss fight, god it did my head in.

 

Sorry to hear it. If you have put the age as lower than you actually are then there is nothing that can be done as it will have to age normally.

However, if you have reached the age of majority in your country you can try to promote your gamertag to adult.

Well that's the problem, I don't know if it's that or just general error.

 

Also I try connecting it to when of my other accounts to act like a parent account I'm unable to connect it as it gives me an error (error 801540FE) what does that mean?

It sounds like you may have an orphaned child account and if so, your issue will need to be escalated to the Xbox Rangers to resolve your issue.
