    instead my user name
    JoeTheRepo.

    Its definitely not my account. Please help!

    Xbox One code redeemed on wrong account

    I redeemed a game code that I received when I purchased Assassins Creed: Origins Deluxe edition on my wrong account and I'm wondering if there's a way I can redeem it again (with proof of purchase of game and code of course).

    Well since i tried to move it last week(that's when I found out I couldn't because of the other account) I have to wait 30 days to try and move it. So i wait 27 to move harp. Than wait 30 more to move the other the one I want... Thanks though! I just wont
    buy any apps on my pc till the accounts are changed ....in 2 months.

    I sure didn't created a new gamertag... Now could there be a way to fix just the web problem without messing up my Xbox? Its that I have about 185 games in there and I sure don't want to mess around with my gamer tag.

    If you typed in the proper email and password for the gamertag that you wanted and came up with this one then you did accidentally do this. It's uncommon but does happen from time to time. Follow the steps I provided and you'll regain access to your other
    account.

    Ok, so I MUST be senile...and I typed F-o-u-n-d-P-l-a-g-u-e-0-3-3... and continued registering for a new account and everything worked with my password. Quite a protection we have. Right! I must have been really drunk...
    (and I don't drink).

    I'm pretty sure that you have the tools to fix this.

    Can't you just delete the account?

    Please help!!!

    Sorry you're upset. However this does happen from time to time and it's through no fault of your own. The found plague tag is a random one that is generated when an account is created.

    You can change your Windows Live ID for that account. Information can be found here -

    support.xbox.com/.../manage-live-id

    Go the one thats says Switch your Gamertag to a different Windows Live ID. Follow these steps and you should be fine.

    Unfortunately nothing is transferrable between accounts besides a few avatar add-ons.

    So the three month subscription is non-transferrable.

    You can
    download profiles     to any console provided that it can connect to the internet, or even

    copy/move     a profile from one console to the next.
