Wrong account banned

Hi my name is Leonor and I am here to talk about my sons account being banned for communications and the gamer tag is MettaWorldDumb and I don't care that he was banned but my other son who also has an account on the same Xbox can't communicate with his
friends and he was not associated with the communications ban, he should not be punished over something his brother did, the accounts are MettaWorldDumb and , and I had recently talked to Microsoft support and wasn't told to come here. Please
fix the ban so my other since can talk to his friends

If you aren't doing anything wrong you'll be fine, and they'll basically only perma ban your account if you modify it.

 

What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho
