Wrong account ban XBOX app FH4

Disclaimer:

I bought Forza Horizon 4 game to make youtube videos. I'm a student and I live with my roommate, we have one PC. Sometimes I allow him to play on my account. My roommate played on my < PII removed > on our computer while I was in the hospital. We share one PC. As soon as I got home and opened FH4 I noticed that my CR balance was strangely high, I asked my roommate, did he earn all this money? He said he cheated CR balance. I explained to him that this is wrong and that I can get banned for this and I won't be able to play online again. So I created a new account <PII removed> and left the old one to my friend. Again we are playing on the same PC.

The issue:

Yesterday I was playing FH4 on my new legit profile while installing the XBOX app for communicating with players. I didn't notice at first, but my Microsoft Shop account was the old one, *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***. So I was kinda in both profiles at the same time. After Installation I couldn't access online playing. So after some time I found out that my account was banned. It says AutoBan cheated CR, banned for 30 years. There's got to be some kind of mistake. The old <PI removed> account is not banned and the new one which is not hacked is banned. I played legit on my new profile, put in a lot of hard work and I don't own a lot of CR. Now even other profiles can't access online play on this PC.

I really need my FH4 account because I'm making videos for youtube which means a lot to me, also it's a good free advertisement for your game.

I hope that you understand my situation, if not let me know.

My suggestion is to ban the old hacked account <PII Removed> and unban the <PII Removed>.

I'm asking you to help solve this issue, so my new account <PII Removed> won't be banned.

I recommend contacting the Forza team and explaining the situation to them. We in the community do not have the power to discuss penalties applied to your account.

I'm surprised you can even access any account on your PC...unauthorised modification of your game save results in an account and device ban:

"Unauthorized modification and/or save swapping to obtain unaccounted for (including but not limited to credits, experience, cars not available, cars prior to their release date and/or wheelspins) is a severe violation of the Terms of Use and will result in a permanent suspension of both the account and device."

You can try contacting support as mentioned in previous post but suspect nothing will be done.

If im banned from playing online on fh4 will i still be banned from online on fh5

All depends how long you were banned for I guess and why you were banned. My understanding is that Forza bans continue into future games but I could be wrong

Just to check, are you currently signed into the Xbox App on your Win10 PC with the profile that you're trying to use to play FH4?

I would try signing into the Xbox App on PC first and then launching the game. If you're already signed in, try signing out of the Xbox App and then back into the app; followed by trying to launch the game.

I sometimes have long loading times in FH4 on PC after I have been playing the game on my Xbox One console, but nothing as severe as what you have described. I do know that you cannot be signed into the same account and playing FH4 on the Xbox One console
at the same time you're trying to sign in on PC.

I'd say give that a try and see if it helps!
