No solution I'm afraid, it's not really going anywhere. Hence the written complaint.

First time using MS products. I guess if you use them all the time you know how crucial the email is and are more careful about it. Live and learn I guess.

So yeah, I clearly did not enter enough/accurate info when I created the first email address when I set up my account and activated my 24 months of All Access. The account recovery cannot verify my ID. Which would be fine..If I didn't have to pay £20 a month for 24months for something I'm locked out of.

This would be so easy to sort out, if they just accepted proof of purchase and reset my pass. It's clearly not going to happen. So will just wait for Klarna to cancel the account for me so I can return it to Game.

What you could try to do is write a complaint on here:

Contact Support again and ask for a Supervisor:

If there's any Microsoft Physical store in your region, you could also go there and ask for any supervisor.
