    No connection with my 360 here either. My xbox one is working fine though.

    I have the same problem. Xbox was fine yesterday and today it's saying "There was a problem signing in. If this problem persists, go to WWW.xbox.com/support".

    NOTHING HELPFUL.

    Day 4, also still having this problem but at this point it's lasted the longest it ever has. 10 hours straight of "A problem occurred while signing in. Please try again." Yet my Xbone works. GG Microsoft

    yea i cleared my cache like 100 times before, it didnt work, then i did it yesterday and it worked, this might be Microsoft's ploy to get us to upgrade if we haven't already in which i cant afford unless they had some type of sweepstakes or sumthin

    I'm glad I'm not the only one with this issue. I end up repeated trying to sign in and after 8 to 12 fails it signs in. Its not helpful I know but it somewhat works.

    Is it really tied to the update that happened a few days ago or is that just the assumption?

    same problem here... started last night and ive tried all of your "solutions" and none of them worked...is this a sham to force upgrade because if it is im done with xbox and moving on to playstation...
