wowww "A problem occurred while signing in. please try again".

was doing fine until yesterday now this message pops up every time i try to sign in. Ive checked everything as far as network which is perfectly fine, idk whats going on but after 5 years or so of being on xbox live this just started happening. I NEED TO
KNOW WHY I CANT SIGN IN

Can't sign in plz help

I can't sign in every time I try it pops up saying "a problem has occurred while signing in. Please try again". I turned off Xbox like 10 times

I just tried deleting my account and re downloading it and it worked for a couple of seconds and then made have to put in my email and password and it goes back to the error code 80072EF3.

 

I've got the same problem. Just started a few minutes ago. I tried all the usual resets and nothing. All my other devices are working fine.

 

I am getting the same problem went through and did all 20 steps to the connection thing, and it said my isp is at&t and they told me they are getting complaints across the nation about it and it is on XBOX end. the last step is to do a traceroute thing and
on that I am getting 3 request time outs I assume that is where the issue is..

 

I Fixed it my self thanks a lot for nothing xbox, cleared my cache on my hard drive and it works perfectly now

 

I stand corrected that worked for about a half hour now back at it again

 

and it's working fine again Tell me this isn't on xbox's end??

 

they now have the service alert up for 2 of there functions at least and added xbox 360 to 1 of them

 

I wish someone over at Xbox could just level with us and tell us exactly what's going on. this is really frustrating.

 

I'm having the same issue but mine started last night. I talked to support for awhile working thru it to no avail. Then they tell me im gonna have to send my 360 in to get it fixed lol. So both of my xboxs broke at the same time right. So I ended up
clearing the cache, deleting my profile, and deleting the update and updating twice and it only seems to work an hr at longest afterwards

 

I'm experiencing the same problems, have tried the same solutions, and have nothing to add but frustration.

 

same problem here... started last night and ive tried all of your "solutions" and none of them worked...is this a sham to force upgrade because if it is im done with xbox and moving on to playstation...

 

Well, at least I know a ton of other people are having my same problem... Is this stretching onto the Xbox One platform too?
