Wow....just wow!

I just got a Xbox one for Christmas was really excited to play it tonight and oh wait it doesn't
[MOD REMOVED] work. 500 dollars for a [MOD REMOVED]. Your chat agent was nice enough to work with me and show me how to get a replacement, but if I wanted to play my xbox any time soon I have to have another 500 + dollars available on
my credit card for a hold. You wrong someone out of something they deserve and yet they have to come up with more means to fix your problem. And im sorry im not some CEO or executive of Microsoft sitting back living the sweet life making millions of dollars
with out a care in the world. Im just your average guy grinding everyday to bring home a 500 dollar pay check every 2 week. When I do get time off it would be nice to play some video games . Not to mention the nicest woman in the world my mother who waiting
in line for 4 hours when the xbox first came out to get this for me. Low and behold it doesn't even work. Words cant even describe how I feel right now.

I have a DIR-655 and I am also having issues with it... at some points when i turn it on ill get an error message telling me i cant access my friends list or messages. after troubleshooting i managed to fix it but it has occurred multiple times and at random...I
hate this dlink Im going wired as soon as i can

 

Hey, Analog2112! Sorry to see that you're on your 4th console! That has to be frustrating. Is there anything support wise we'd be able to help you out with and possibly avoid you having to get another replacement?

 

No, they keeps sending me broken xboxes, I keep sending them back. Various issues. Probably every issue that ever was, with these things. Cd rom noise, unreadable disks, no sound (or sound using the front buttons) Random snow, kicks back to the dashboard.
You name it, every xbox I have had, had issues. Im not holding my breath on this new one either.

 

I give props to this guy here. 4 Xbox's, but he is still trooping on. If I worked for xbox, this guy would get like a free game or something haha.

This will be my last one. If something goes wrong with this one, I will be selling it and getting a PS4 for sure. I was told this time, I would be getting a new xbox, not a refurbed one. Guess which one I got? I actually still have 4 one month xbox live
cards that they have sent me with all the other xboxes.

 

Misses Quinzel wheres the support for the black screen issues?
