yet another problem with the xbox 1,im getting sick of it now, i see now why half my friends havent bought the xbox one yet, great machine but with all these problems im thinking of going back to 360, not suprised more people are buying the ps4 these days,
personally i think this so called nexgen machine was released way to early

I just got a Xbox one for Christmas was really excited to play it tonight and oh wait it doesn't
[MOD REMOVED] work. 500 dollars for a [MOD REMOVED]. Your chat agent was nice enough to work with me and show me how to get a replacement, but if I wanted to play my xbox any time soon I have to have another 500 + dollars available on
my credit card for a hold. You wrong someone out of something they deserve and yet they have to come up with more means to fix your problem. And im sorry im not some CEO or executive of Microsoft sitting back living the sweet life making millions of dollars
with out a care in the world. Im just your average guy grinding everyday to bring home a 500 dollar pay check every 2 week. When I do get time off it would be nice to play some video games . Not to mention the nicest woman in the world my mother who waiting
in line for 4 hours when the xbox first came out to get this for me. Low and behold it doesn't even work. Words cant even describe how I feel right now.

I have a DIR-655 and I am also having issues with it... at some points when i turn it on ill get an error message telling me i cant access my friends list or messages. after troubleshooting i managed to fix it but it has occurred multiple times and at random...I
hate this dlink Im going wired as soon as i can

 

What problem are you having?

 

cant sign in cant connect to xbox live, cant start any apps or games, ya know just the usual

 

Calm down I'm sure it will be up soon its not like this happens everyday or something.

twice in 2 days? seriously, thats is pretty bad, i payed £400 for a machine thats half completed

 

Trouble is, with things like this problems can and do arise.

I bet most of us here have had a few issues with our own broadband providers, it's just one of those things.

I'm pretty confident that Xbox LIVE team will have it back up ASAP, they have always been good in the past in sorting the issues.

this is my opinion so dont hate me if you think im wrong but if the people didn't complain about how the xbox was to begin with (always online ect...) it might be a completed console but because of the demands of the people we got an unfinished product
so i dont blame microsoft they changed the whole system to make the community happy. i blame the people for xbox one being an unreliable system. at least its not like the 360 when it first came out. ps didnt want to make a post but i have been getting invalid
password notifications for my microsoft account and it says its coming from china. if it happens again i will let microsoft know. srry for going off topic

I get where you are coming from regarding Microsoft having to change it all because of peoples demands, but ...

I personally wouldn't call Xbox One/Xbox LIVE an "unreliable system" ..

Sure Xbox LIVE has had a few ups and downs even going back to the Xbox 360. I don't know any service I've used online that has been 100% reliable, in fact from my own experience Xbox LIVE is a lot better than others out there.

The console itself, again from my own experience it's had a few wobbles, again though whatever console I've had, even PCs, none of them have been 100% perfect especially at the start of their lives.

 

i agree with everything i never said xbox live was unreliable (once xbox original came out i was there day 1 pickin it up and ditching my ps1 never bought a ps2 or ps 3 always been with xbox and yes it is the best service and has the bestter online experience/games/exclusives
imo.) just the next gen system, i mean it being unreliable is kind of my fault becuase i had signed up for the update preview beta, and the system is getting better with less hiccups, and the main thing right now is these awful turtle beach headset adapters
i own the XO4 and they just click and skip audio and turtle beach was fairly rude in customer service. but xbox has been good about updates as of late. and yes nothing is 100% reliable i know i have a powerhouse of a pc all custom and plays everything on ultra
its got about twice the power of next gen consoles and i still have problems sometimes with that so i agree with you on that as well. but i said unreliable because most of my games crash and go back to the home screen or freeze up for like 5 min its just the
small things that ruin my game experience. bf4 is probably the most frustrating out of my games.
