I did it and it worked! And I was rewarded.

I was rewarded with losing my account because they took my email address and password, they know my physical address and contact numbers and friends and credit card details. When I check my bank statements, I find my payment option has a list of unauthorized
transactions and that my email addresses linked to my account have a long list of spam emails. The second I signed up for it, they locked me out of my account before I could make changes. It can take minutes for the system to process changes.

The site is not operated by Microsoft nor an authorized retailer. Be weary of where you shop. I suppose your mum and dad didn't tell you this.

That’s just crazy. I heard about that yesterday.

It stunned me to be honest. I have nothing against Ambassadors, I think they fill a needed gap, but to push off support (from one of the highest rated accounts on Twitter for customer service) to unpaid volunteers is madness.

Really I can't even try to guess what Microsoft is thinking with this move. Will the money they save really counter the reduced effectiveness of their support on Twitter? I guess we'll see even more people sent here to the forum by phone support.
