I think they're pretty slick, but that's just me. Each of us have different opinions

 

I would assume more than just one person at Microsoft is responsible for the design and implementation of the forums.

True, but the Xbox forums used to be way better than what they are now (even though people still complained then), but they've been getting worse each time they change.

 

Everything new challenges your perception before accepting it. Give it time

I think is good, i dont feel it so heavy and at least i find everything very easy, is not bulky, to me looks very neat, but of course could be better. I think will be good if microsoft will make a survey about this topic and users can talk and suggest how
to make it better

 

While I agree that they are not the best forums I've ever used, there are better ways to address the issue. For one, you could state what makes them so terrible? There is a survey that just popped up on my screen that I am going to fill out, that is also
something you can do. But calling for the designer to be fired? Not productive.

 

Everything works and its very minimalist.
