    I have used Xbl since Halo 2. Spents thousands if not tens of thousands of dollars on your products. Still no explanation? The most recent update on xbox.com/status said the exact same thing worded differently. Not that it REALLY matters, but this happens
    incredibly too often. On top of that, since I am using the Xbox One, when Live goes down, I'm stuck with a $400 paper weight. And I don't like $400 paper weights on principle. I'm very close to choosing someone other than Microsoft.
