i got console banned can't play multiplayer ever when my recent ban was lifted it is a week past the ban the stupid thing is i can play 360 games perfectly fine on the console im ban this xbox is bs af

Wow they are giving free 3 maps that i had to pay for but still can't play for the glitch that don't allow me to play the game.

Is it a console ban, or an account ban?

Account suspensions can be viewed on http://enforcement.xbox.com, and you may submit a case review for more information (if eligible).

Console bans are permanent and irreversible, and only issued for the most serious of Code of Conduct violations.

Neither the forums or Xbox Support have access to the Enforcement records of accounts. It is only handled by the Xbox Enforcement team on their website, and they do not post here.
