    You/we pay for services that cannot be used. These outtages happen too often. It has been broadcast everywhere that this was going to happen and microsoft isn't even ready for it

    For 3 days I haven't been able to play my downloaded games because of servers down. Fix it. My kids are going to be dissapointed if they can't play their new downloaded games that I bought them on Christmas. So get your act together. Compensation? ?

    I agree fire child . Xbox has been one big disappointment after another . I can't play 2k 16 because it doesn't even start . And now I can't even redeem my Xbox live code because it's giving me some error code . I spent way to much money on this to be let
    Down this frequently. Not to mention xboxs' support system is the worste. CAN ANYONE HELP ! *ALL I want to do is redeem my code and play 2k

    if u want to play a single player game or just watch a dvd just disconnect your xbox from the internet and it will work

    doesnt matter if its a game,app even just signed in get dropped after 20 seconds,,,i have more than one console an a few accounts just another gamer here to complain....get it fixed asap.....or ima start investing in arcades!!!!!
