Wow, im highly offended!!!

Look here xbox I served 6 years and 2 combat role rotations in my beloved Corps and take your iniquitous error of putting U.S. Army on the left name tape of a MARPAT sleeved up cammie uniform that my avatar wears just about as equal to slapping my mother
across the face in front of me. Please change to the proper label of "U.S. MARINES" it would be highly
appreciated.

because most likely it will cost a bomb to transfer a game like wow onto a console version plus wow is a highly populated game so thats most likely why for that

 

You do realise that anything on a games console does not have to be 100% accurate, also they should not really have any military outfits for avatars as the console is a global machine with many different countries and ethnicities involved.

 

If you feel strongly about this then you should head to the feedback forums. I highly doubt this is something that will be addressed with much haste if at all.

If I were to presume then I would say "US Army" has been applied as a general label instead of getting to in depth with different military branches on something that doesn't really need it.

 

The country is also a very valid point... I'm from the UK but I'm not offended that it says "US Army" as oppose to "British Army".

 

Hey jip28! I'm sorry that you were offended by that... the only thing you can do is what Farscape247 and Dynamic Sausage said. I doubt the intention of the developers of that uniform were to offend anyone. Please keep in mind that on this forum we can not
do anything more, but if you click here you will be redirected to the feedback forums where something can be done about the issue. Once again I apologize.

 

yes-MS mislabeling something was a personal attacked aimed directly at you jib28.They knew how upset you'd be and thats why they did it.

 

I personally wouldn't think too much of it, it's just a generalized name that users of all age sets can understand (just a guess). Though if you do feel offended by that, then I would take the above advice and post in the feedback forums.
