Wow, I got banned from messaging people??? (I'm deaf...)

Why the hell did I get banned? I only noticed when I got msg from xbox live that I need to (fix my behavior) on destiny because of AFKers on destiny strike or crucible!!! It seems like these afkers are reporting me if I don't help or afk on them till they
play, or I send a msg because I'm [Mod Removed] their not playing wasting all my time... or they
[Mod Removed] me and I [Mod Removed] em back -.- I always seem to have a lot of friends and always get lots of new ones more because I'm not a bad player... I'm only bad to players who are afking or abusing or treating me like
[Mod Removed], and this is the punishment I get?? now I can't message my friends since I'm deaf??? This only started happening ever since I started playing destiny and yup, started getting me banned from msging just cause I'm deaf and for
[Mod Removed] afkers off by not playing the game... who can I contact since I'm deaf...

Also I noticed I've been getting really bad rep for getting 35-40kills everytime in crucible while everyone else is 10-15...

The afk'ers on destiny are [Mod Removed] gs man, i have been dealing with them the whole time too. Sorry from me, on behalf of your situation. not that i can make it better. But i share your pain, not in as an extreme situation as you but
i cannot hear from one ear so i kind of know how it rolls when you have a hearing impairment and people give you flack for it.

 

Hi there linkline you can try posting in the xbox account and enforcement section of this forum for a explanation as to why you recieved a msg ban and for how long. Please note the ban cannot be reversed in anyway.

 

How can I know what I did wrong if you don't tell me the evidence on what I did wrong??

Your entitled to your opinion, but you must have done something wrong or that violates the Code of Conduct. Xbox enforcement just hands out bans for nothing.

 

it is outrageous bans can not be overturned nor can you appeal or even be shown evidence! would NOT happen in court
