WoW for the XBOne/360?

Okay, I know the following statements and question will probably make you guys face-palm over me either me being extremely out of the loop or misunderstanding some advertising.

I have been using my 360 all day, and just several minutes ago, noticed a bunch of ads on the dashboard for the latest World Of Warcraft update/DLC/thingamibob. I'm assuming this could only be because Blizzard and Microsoft/Xbox Studios are working closely
together because of the Diablo 3: Reaper of Souls release, and Xbox is just more than happy to advertise a PC exclusive due to that partnership. However, I wonder if I'm just wrong and that there is a possibility that, after all these promises and failed launches,
that WoW will officially ship to consoles.

Again, I'm out of the loop for anything WoW related, and Google Search for the first time has actually failed to help me find the answer I'm looking for. Anybody up to date and can inform me if I'm wrong?

don't see it happening its like sims on console, it never really translates and feels very limited.

I have played World of Warcraft For 3 Years and i Love it but if I Play World of Warcraft on Xbox 360

my Fun Will be Doubled.

Yea, it's a nice thought but.. I sincerely doubt, at the very least, the 360 will ever see anything like that, especially this late in the 360's lifespan. I couldn't even begin to imagine how that control scheme would go. You'd have to have a chatpad or
keyboard of some type to get anything done, heh

 

You need a mouse and keyboard for this game, far too many buttons...

 

After playing the game for far too long, it just wouldn't work on a console unless they allowed a keyboard and mouse function which would defeat the purpose. Once you start raiding and things you have so many abilities, potions, etc. at your disposal that
it just wouldn't work IMO. We need a new, fresh MMORPG on the Xbox One that was designed more for consoles, not one that's been around since 2004. Less remakes, reboots, ports, and more new IPs!!

 

Isn't Elder Scrolls Online an MMO? I'm honestly asking. I haven't played it, and from what I understand of it I thought it was..

 

^Yes it is, but it hasn't even released on consoles yet and has been delayed.

Though TES has been on consoles, works on consoles, so therefore it should work as an MMO. I've never played WoW, but as I understand, the amount of hot keys you need is far beyond the buttons of a controller. So yeah, will probably never see it.

 

Maybe if Destiny was done correctly as an MMO it may work out...

 

It will never happen. It would be impossible to play WoW successfully with a controller and the only way I could ever see them attempting this is if they bundled an Xbox One keyboard/mouse in with the game (which won't ever happen.)
