    Hi, my wife purchased an Xbox one s bundle for me for Christmas. She was not signed into my account when she made the purchase, I realized it after the purchase had been completed. I would like the 50,000 reward points that you guys are offering when you
    buy a Xbox one S put into my account.

    Spent 5 hours on chat and the phone with xbox and microsoftstore help all to get the runaround. I finally spoke with a manager but he was not able to help, and was told that someone from upper management would be contacting me the following day. NO ONE has
    contacted me on this issue, and I have done all I can do. I've posted on here, and also on twitter as per the chat person said to do. This is becoming ridiculous. If you want me to return the product I can do that too, then purchase it again under my account.... Can
    someone please help me on this as it now has become very irritating? I have been a loyal XBL member for a long time, I should be able to get some help.

    Rewards support will respond to your thread in the Rewards forum. Support for that program can only be handled via Twitter or that forum. Official support hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm PST and they typically respond to threads from oldest to newest so
    it can take a few days to receive a response.
