    I put the Mortal Kombat X disc into my xbox and after a few seconds it gave me the error code 0x570. whern I went to go put it in it said that it could not accept it.

    I am getting 0x570 trying to re-enter Fallout4. Code is not recognized online please help

    Anyone else havin a problem. Its accepting the code and displaying what its for but when i click to download i'm gettin an error message everytime with no specific error codes. ***!

    Actually, pushing the disc tray in halfway is an acceptable troubleshooting method for certain error codes. :)
