I went to the website and to talk someone there was only a number so I called that number.

You would have to have someone to file a complaint on you through Live so the enforcement team can issue a gamerscore reset. However, keep in mind with a gamerscore reset all of your achievements would be removed, not just the ones you modded, and you would
never be able to re-earn those achievements on that account. So if you're looking to unlock them the legit way, it would be better to create a new account.
