i bought the gears of war 4 xbox 1 s ultimate edition 2tb bundle about a month ago and i have yet to get the first 3 gears of war games and i would like to know why and get those games

Hello, I contacted XBOX ONE support for invalid codes for Gears of War 2 & 4. I purchased the GOW Ultimate Edition bundle and received a working code for GOW 3 - but the codes for GOW 2 & 4 were invalid. Could I please request new codes for GOW 2 &4?

gow download codes in chat have disappeared

I bought the Gow ultimate edition console bundle and was pretty happy when the codes finally turned up in my inbox. I also noticed there was a gow 4 pack i still hadn't downloaded so i decided to download that first, when i went back to download the other
gow games the conversation had been erased from my messages... someone please help, surely there must be a record of the codes being sent to me?

i would also like to add That i spent a lot of money on this purchase thinking it would come with many hours of gaming to keep me buisy untill i could afford to buy more games but without those first 3 games my xbox sits idle so i would really appreciate
some help

The promotion is, gow 4 ultimate edition which i preordered and recieved and installed on oct 12. The content i have not recieved yet is the dl codes for gow 1,2&3. The game was enclosed with the gow 4 ultimate edition console that i purchased on oct 12
from amazon.ca. I live in Canada and my account is Canadian and is in good standing. This is my very first xbox system.

It wasn't a bunddle

The bundle you are talking about is the console and ultimate gears of war 1 that's it

Only games advertised as a collection or some other term ultimate is just referring to the gears reboot

BTW, support actually wanted me to now go buy GOW 4 Ultimate Edition to get the codes I was supposed to get with GOW Ultimate 2015. What then, wait 10 more months and then buy GOW 5?
