    i have left alot of messages regarding my other xbox account ban would like to know why my account had a communication ban for 14 days then straight after that i got a life ban i would like my other account to be unblocked because i have done nothing wrong
    but play my games and if this ban is final i would like a refund of all my games i have payed for

    I would like to help out people with questions. However, whenever I try to answer a question, I get a message saying "Establishing chat connection". Do I have to allow something through my firewall? Because I am unable to connect to anybody. Please
