    Evening, I have been waiting for a long time. been 8 months or more since my last deposit. looking in my account I have a ton ready to go but keep being told my billing info needs updated. I've already reported this over a month ago, no one reaches out
    nor knows anything when I ask on Twitter. id like to call or speak with a supervisor, whomever has knowledge of this mythical team working the issue. I see I am not the only one.

    Also, please dont lock this post without giving me some info and allowing me to follow up without having to make a new post.

    Its almost christmas, id really like to use my points, i did my part an fulfilled my end, ican see how many points i should get, so i guess you can too. also my account shows what country im in, so idont understand the comments about currency, USA is $ dollars,
    so please just deposit then, thats all im asking.

    My entire VIP status disappeared/all my points?

    I made sure to update my live subscription week/s before my xbox live account ran out because it said I would lose my VIP status. Well I somehow still lost my VIP status and my remaining points. Now I think I only had 250 points so its not a big deal, but
    I lost my 2 star status and was only a few dollars from 3 star status. Can someone look into this for me please? IT also states that I've been a member since ??? and when I go to my dashboard it states it will take a couple days to create my account..umm I've

    Have not recieved my rewards points for the months of March or April

    I have not received any updates to my Xbox Live Rewards except for the surveys. I have spent 44.80 in March and sofar up to 159.45 in April. Just would like to receive my points and upgrade to star status.

    Hello TF ThommyGunn,

    We responded to your previous post with what is occurring to your account at (Release my rewards points please. 2nd post). Basically, what
    we mean about currency is that when we go to process your deposit, we have a number of baskets available to place your Credits into; billable accounts associated with your accounts. Normally, one of these baskets would be labeled for our deposit with something
    like, "Here! Put the deposit here!" What this error is doing is causing none of these baskets to be labeled. Since our system cannot confirm which basket to place the deposit into, it aborts, rather than risk placing a deposit into an unknown basket.

    The engineering team working on this issue does not have a publicly available contact number that can be given to users. At this time, we have not yet received a confirmed estimate on when to expect their resolution to be deployed. In the meanwhile, we will
    continue to attempt a deposit while we investigate possible alternative methods that we can take with the resources available to us. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience, and can understand the increasing urgency to have these funds available during the
    holiday season.

    As you request, we will leave this thread unlocked, but older threads have a tendency to be buried, and are not as visible as new posts. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that we will see and respond to your post in a prompt manner, which is why we lock the
    thread so users create new, visible threads.

  5. See, this is what I was hoping for, thank you! The copy/paste response that I saw previously and on everyone else having a similar issue made me think nothing was being done. But with you breaking it down and telling me, I understand more.

    Yes i'd like these before Christmas, I understand if they can't, I just wish there was a way to get a status update, e-mail or twitter or something so we have an idea. As a customer, I don't like being in the dark and as a tech myself, I understand where
    your coming from, but I don't know whats going on to understand why its taking the time it is.

    I'm usually patient and will be, but I just wanted a better explanation. So for that thank you. If you need to lock this, I get it, but please don't be upset if I create new ones with a status update, I am not a forum guy, this isn't my thing, i'd much
    rather e-mail or call someone. But its the future right.

    So please, keep working the issue and let your fans/customers who were promised something, some kind of light at the end of the tunnel. I don't want to see you guys getting overwhelmed nor do I want to see the other users feeling like they are being brushed

    For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. The Xbox Rewards program is not the same.
