    Would like a Case Review for an enforcement, but option is grey'd out.


    Hello,

    I received a 1 day communication ban. I would like a case review so I can know what was the breach of code of conduct.

    That option on the enforcement page is grey'd out. My only option is to admit guilt and the enforcement get's removed.

    I will not admit to something I don't even know, and will wait the day if I have to. However, I WOULD like to know what the enforcement is for.

    Any idea why I can't request a case review?

    Even with a case review, that is the only information the enforcement team will give.

    24 hour suspensions are not eligible for review, but it should still list why you were suspended on the enforcement site. It would take longer than the suspension lasts for them to review it and the suspension would be over before they finish so they are
    not eligible.

    Your other option would be to just wait out the suspension. The case review would be the only way to contact the enforcement team to possibly get more clarification.

    Hi there,

    If the suspension qualifies for a case review, you would find the option to submit a case review by going to your enforcement history - https://support.xbox.com/help/family-online-safety/enforcement/enforcement-history

    Unfortunately, not all suspensions qualify for a case review. If the suspension doesn't qualify, you will have to wait out the suspension as the Enforcement Team does not use the forums. Keep in mind support, as well as forum users are unable to assist with suspensions.
