I’m afraid to say that’s not possible to unlink a third party account by using your Microsoft account.
Unlinking process needs to be done via the third party account management service, in your case, Riot.

You may need to reach Riot support in order to review what options you have.

It is not possible to unlink a PlayStation account from a Microsoft account. Once it's done it's done and you can't link another one
