Would I lose all data on my xbox account 1 if I put that email to my xbox account 2?

As long as it is not linked on a different Xbox profile you will be able to.

Deleting the Microsoft account will delete everything related to that specific Microsoft account. Will depend with the domain.

If an email is already connected on an Xbox profile it can no longer be linked on another one.

If you will be changing your primary email your progress will still be there along with the game entitlements. Just make sure to not delete or remove the current primary alias.

Sorry if I’m causing a hassle but I just want clarification. So if I delete the account with the gmail on it and make that gmail my primary alias on my second account will that work? Greatly appreciate the help!
