Discus and support Wot Live update Issue 12.12.2018 in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Dear Microsoft I have an Xbox 360.     Dear Microsoft

    I have an Xbox 360. Until the last update (i think it was 12.dec.) i played WOT, without any issues.

    Unfortanely with the last update came some bug too, because:

    If i start the game

    1. Live kicks me off immediately
    2. Parallelly asks me to download the update (85MB)
    3. And sends me 2 error message:
    • I need to be connected to Live (i was kicked out before automatically)
    • And Status code: 4476 - 0000 - D080 - 0200 - 8007 - 0570 . I tried to look for this code message, but no results...
    But i can not download, because i was kicked from Live

    What i did:

    1. Deleted all my cache
    2. Deleted and reinstalled the game
    3. Checked the internet connection (it's superfast)
    4. Re setupped the whole xbox 360
    5. Tried to download the update for USB flashdrive, and install it. Nothing happened
    Issue is still there.

    I can use the xbox 360 for all other games or apps without any problem.

    Glad its working for you now.

    Just remember what you did. If your hard drive has got a bad sector it could happen again in the future next time your xbox tries to write to the sector thats bad.

    Solution!!!

    1 Thank you for all your advices!

    Steps:

    1. Delete the Profile (leave the datas)
    2. Clear the chache
    3. Drop out the CD from the tray
    4. Refresh the XBox360
      1. Setup
      2. Memory storages
      3. Push: X LB RB X LB RB X
      4. Wait for the refreshing
    5. Restart without the CD
    6. Log In
    7. Download the DEMO game from web
    8. Launch the game
    9. Push for optimalization
    10. Play

    First of all when you say WOT. You are referring to World of Tanks arent you?

    Anyway to delete the title update find world of tanks in your storage settings and look for the file World of Tanks Title Update. It should be 87MB. Delete it then start WOT again. It should then disconnect from live then prompt you to download it again.

    If you have more that one storage device make sure you dont have the same file on both otherwise the 360 wont redownload it

    You are talking about an xbox 360?

    Thats weird mine hasnt updated for months.

    Are you sure it was a system update and not just a title update?

    Have you tried just deleting the title update file and see if it redownloads?

    I Reported the issue for WOT creators and Microsoft.

    I chatted more than 1 hour long with the support team. They have no idea what's going on.

    But, i deleted all datas (except my profile AND datas)

    Opened the tray (so without CD now)

    And so can i download the demo file. Maybe it will be the solution
