    WOT in-game store issue


    So, I'm having an issue with the store, I try to buy gold however each time I try to actually purchase it, I get the little rectangle with the bar for when something's loading (the little bar with only one option saying "cancel") then a black rectangle appears
    and then nothing happens; I don't get the confirmation message that says "transaction, non refundable, etc....."

    Now, it doesn't seem to be an issue on the WOT servers side since I was able to purchase a premium day (I tested if it would work) and I had no problems, it seems the issue is when trying to bill my card on file or something. I've reset the Xbox, unplugged
    it, I've done everything but a factory reset.

    Is this a know issue? Any advice?

    changed gamer tag now can't make purchases from WOT Store

    I changed my gamer tag some days ago and now can't buy gold etc on WOT store.

    world of tanks....seriously getting frustrated

    When that happens the WoT servers are not active. This is not an issue with Xbox Live it's an issue with the WoT Developers.

    - I'm also in the beta and experience this. This is beta remember it's for testing there are going to bugs and errors. The job of the beta tester (us) is to post these issues on the WoT website but since you can not use the WoT forums try twitter or emailing
    the devs.

    Hi, first let me say what a big fan i am of wot. I just got done finishing the 3 month op, finishing winter winter games. Im sorry to hear your issues with wot. I have not personally experienced any issues, know that users on the xbox 360, had alot of lag
    with wot but that was with the drop off xbox one, since the one x ive noticed it on their also. Wot is constantly updating andnits possible that maybe something got corrupted along the way. Possibly unistall and reinstall wot. I have not seen anything on then
    wot console site that show there is a problem.

    Really hope it gets situated and we see ya back out onnthe battlefield.

    Hi sorry to hear this issue with wot, one of my favorite games! Have you checked and contacted https://console.worldoftanks.com/en/main also you could try to unistall and reinstall wot. Try power cycling your console.
