WoT Dissapearing Items

My in game items have dissapeared and a xbox supporter led me to this page. How do i do this?

Corrupted data keeps coming back on my hard drive

I keep getting 2 items in the "Avatar Items" section of my hard drive. I can only suspect the items are from the game World of Tanks. I only get them when I attempt to play WoT, and I also have 2 rewards items from WoT, 2 Avatar T-shirts. I get disconnected
from Live almost every match I play on this game, but no major issues with any other game. I get no error code, it just says WoT service is unavailable. I delete the items, but they randomly come back after a few more failed attempts to play the game. I've
done all the troubleshooting concerning a connection issue, but it still persists, but only on WoT. How can I get these files fixed or erased permanently?

i can imagine people are having troubles with the "reply'" dissapearing is a possible reason. InPrivate Browsing solves that problem.

you can just use your xbox login info so there's no need to make a new account for it.
