    Worst Xbox One glitch ever?


    My account on Xbox One has completely replaced itself with a brand new one!

    But my usual account on 360 and Xbox.com are fine.

    Has this ever happened before? I haven't tried anything to fix it yet.

    Have you tried removing the profile and redownloading it with your details used to sign into the 360 and Xbox.com?

    No not yet. What if that doesn't work? This is scary as hell.

    My Xbox One account is still perfectly fine too, because it's on my brother's friends list and everything and I'm basically signing in to it here on Xbox.com.

    As long as you know your account is still there, it's worth trying to redownload. The profile exists as I can clearly see.

    I recommend redownloading to try and fix it.

    Very curious, has it just created a new gamertag?

    I'd just redownload your profile to the console and that should sort the problem out Worst Xbox One glitch ever? :)

    I'd just redownload your profile to the console and that should sort the problem out :)
