    Worst support ever!


    Hello, I post to the forums frequently for this issue but it seems no one wants to listen. The controller build quality is horrible. I have a day one controller that loses connection to my console ever few minuets. Contact xbox support to get it replaced
    and now I can't because the warranty on my console went out, keep in mind ive replaced this same controller about 5 times for various issues such as panels falling off, controllers not even turning on, controllers triggers rubbing the casing causing friction
    and thumb stick issues. So I am done with xbox. I was a loyal member and never owned a play station since the original xbox, went and bought a xbox 360 also. But the amount of issues I have had with my xbox one in a little over a year is uncalled for, then
    to be sent out "repaired" defective controllers until the warranty goes out is a slap in the face. So you have left me with no other options. I bought a PS4, and put my xbox one and all the games up for sale online. I'm done supporting a company who makes
    crap products then tries to blow it off. Just to give a little more background info, I suffer from serve OCD. In other words I over think things, and little things such as dealing with xbox support cause immense stress on me, and I have actually been hospitalized
    for panic attacks and stress, which I did not have until dealing with the incompetence of the support reps. I am actually thinking about filing a lawsuit for all this trouble. There is no reason a PAYING customer should have to go through such a situation,
    I now know why Xbox is falling to the Playstation, and come next generation, I will buy whatever sony puts out, NO QUESTIONS ASKED.

    Worst support ever?

    I'm an ambassador and I 100% agree with the OP. I don't think you can even use the word "support" to describe my experience. That word implies that there is someone there to prop you up when you're in need. All I've had is people slapping me in the face.

    What do you think your tech support rep did for three hours? Instead of parroting the same asinine solution that helped literally NO ONE EVER, you should sit by quietly and let actual technicians figure it out.

    I'm sorry you've had so many issues. However, what is it that you would like any of us to do?

    It doesn't sound like you had any issues with the console itself, just the controllers?

    I would like microsoft to send me a replacement controller. Considering I got sent out defective ones until the warranty went out.

    1: You can't contact the enforcement team via chat support,they are nothing to do with each other.

    2:If you've had enforcement action on your account you can't be an ambassador which it tells you when you apply.

    I have to defend M$ a little bit here, while it's frustrating at least they set aside a number of units to allocate for launch problems. My friend bought a PS4, got the blue ring of death and was told that due to the high demand and lack of stand by systems
    their next shipment won't be until late December.

    Hey the Microsoft support teams are running around and looking into all issues that are coming up and the teams have all hands on deck to solve them as quickly as possible.

    In regards about your games not downloading are you seeing it say that its installing but the % is not moving? That is due to the game getting an update behind the scenes. Once the update for the game is complete the game will start to install. That update

    @Biz780 we have been able to answer some questions, but the best solution I have given so far is confirmation of the broken disc drive issue. Thanks for your patience, we'll try to see if we can find better solutions at this time.

    Sorry to hear about your frustration with your experience. It's never fun when the person on the other end hasn't quite grasped what exactly it is that's going on, and what you're after. I hope that by the end of the call, they managed to resolve the issue
    for you. If not, if you're still getting the suspension message when you sign in, here's what I'd recommend doing.

    -

    Sign into your profile on your console. Make sure you're connected to LIVE. Go to Settings --> Account --> Manage Payment Options. Make sure you've got a good payment instrument on file. Whether you need to update your existing credit card, or add a
    new credit card or PayPal, once this step is done, return to Account Management on your console, then go to the right, under Your Memberships, and choose "Xbox LIVE Gold". Then select "Change Payment Options". This menu is where you tell Xbox which payment
    instrument you want your Gold to draw money from. If you're in suspension, you'll have a charge that's overdue. If you're on the monthly, this may be for up to two cycles. If your new payment instrument has the funds available, it will take the money right
    away, and the suspension should be lifted.

    At this point, the old payment instrument should no longer be attached to your membership. If it's not connected to any other instruments either, you should be able to remove it through the Manage Payment Options menu.
