    First time i need suport here and is REALLY COMPLICATED to get, anyway

    i try buy the assassins creed brotherhood today on XboX one and he say to come to the website xbox.com... ok no problem, when i came here and try to get the game, the website redirect and try to get the some code by alternative email, you know how this
    is illogic ? dont try get the code by my email, the email are loged in, the site is tryind to get the code of the alternativa email, and this alternativa email not is microsoft neither is the email of this account, this alternativa email was by "globomail.
    om" and this website cancel the assinature to all non-pay profile, so i cant acess, i can try to change the informations of my account but spend 30 days to valid and the promotion finish in 15 days

    worst service ever!!!

    I am just a gamer like you, so I can only speak of what I have seen myself. My bank blocked my card after I had made several purchases in a short time. I knew I had more then enough money to cover not only what I had purchased, but was trying to purchase
    when the card stopped working. I had to go to my bank to find out that they blocked purchases for my own safety. I can not say this is the situation here, but it is a possibility. If you think about it, if I find somebodies card on the ground and decide to
    try to use it, I am going to make as many purchases as I can before the owner figures out what is happening and alerts his bank to loosing the card.

    Worst Customer Service...

    I'm on the phone with them right now, they sent me a messed up Xbox with a disk failure. The rep cannot understand my email or gamertag, heck she can't even tell that the new serial number of the Xbox is already there.

    To clarify, not all Xbox 360 games can be purchased on the Xbox One console. Some require you to purchase either on Xbox.com or on an Xbox 360 console. If you log into your account on Xbox.com and visit the store page

    If you're experiencing
    random disconnections from Xbox Live
    on your Xbox One console, we recommend trying those steps.

    Also, can you please send us your Detailed Network Stats (Settings>Network>Network Settings>Detailed Network Statistics) as seen on your Xbox One console?

    Service Status page. If there's an issue reported, it will be there. If that confirms an issue for you, set your console into

    Offline Mode
    , like Daft has suggested, to keep playing your games while the service is being recovered.

    Totally agree mate, Microsoft customer service totally sucks. I will be moving over to the PS4 asap as the console is more powerful and cheaper, plus there customer service is a lot better. Probably why PS4 out sold Xbox 1 in the UK by over 116,000. Enough
