    Worst service ever


    I have bought a Xbox from a retailer and it got faulty within the warranty period. I took the item to the retailer for warranty. They said they need to send it to Xbox service provider after one month they have send me a wrong product (surface pro) with
    replacement accessory. I call the service provider in Australia and they apologize and they said they will send a replacement unit. After 5 days I received an item only the base unit without any accessories.

    I call them again I'm not satisfied with their service so I ask for a refund but they said they can't.

    Please advise what I can do in this situation.

    I am just a gamer like you, so I can only speak of what I have seen myself. My bank blocked my card after I had made several purchases in a short time. I knew I had more then enough money to cover not only what I had purchased, but was trying to purchase
    when the card stopped working. I had to go to my bank to find out that they blocked purchases for my own safety. I can not say this is the situation here, but it is a possibility. If you think about it, if I find somebodies card on the ground and decide to
    try to use it, I am going to make as many purchases as I can before the owner figures out what is happening and alerts his bank to loosing the card.

    If you're experiencing
    random disconnections from Xbox Live
    on your Xbox One console, we recommend trying those steps.

    Also, can you please send us your Detailed Network Stats (Settings>Network>Network Settings>Detailed Network Statistics) as seen on your Xbox One console?

    I had the same thing happen a few months ago. I had to phone billing support and get them to re allow the card. But I also had to phone my bank for them to allow purchases from Xbox as they had put a fraud block on also. The bank block had to be removed
    first. It took a few days for it all to work out. I hope you can get this resolved now.

    After looking through some other posts I found this: It turns out the issue relates to a risk block where by if you buy numerous items in a short time scale or have suddenly bought something after a long break then the system automatically lock your account
    to prevent fraud. While I understand it is a pain in the butt, it is done for your safety.
