Discus and support worst problem ever... in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I use the xbox one. I can not sign into my account, I cannot play any of my games, they have a green background.     I use the xbox one. I can not sign into my account, I cannot play any of my games, they have a green background. I had a message that said "something is wrong try again later' then I got one saying xbox live would not work for my xbox.

    Worst Xbox problem ever

    Sorry to hear you're having this issue. Can you please try deleting your gamertag then hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds till it shuts down. When the console restarts redownload your tag and hopefully that will have solved the issue.

    Can you go to the https://account.microsoft.com/ and check If you have the subscription available in the "Service and Subscriptions", if it is check if its got the correct date.

    If everything is good check you are signed in with that Account on the Xbox.

    This didn't work either. I belive it's an entire Xbox problem not just one account
