    Just really curious for a justification on why the $ to £ rate on Xbox Live is so horrific its verging on criminal!

    Haven seen Major Nelsons post about this weeks deals, decided to check out Lego Marvel for $5. Assuming it would be around £4/5 for us in the UK cause its always a little more expensive due to VAT, etc.

    Nope. £8 - more than double the cost.

    While the really poor exchange rate we currently have just now means things are more expensive, £8 is more than $10.

    Shocking really. UK Xbox users are basically be ripped off.

    Kudos Xbox.

    I would suggest that Canadians stopp purchasing live points and any other products that Microsoft sells.

    When were we ever getting the benefits from the exchange rate exactly?

    Parity didn't ever happen as far as MS was concerned. I'd love some examples here, since we were over 1.05 for most of the year.

    Yeah, the exchange rate isn't always favourable towards UK digital pricing, but there's more to that price than simple FX rates. It's also additional localisation costs (including ratings boards) and other things. Also bear in mind that here in the UK, VAT
    is already included in the price we see on the game's Store page whereas in the US tax is applied afterwards.

    conversion rate on kingdoms on amalur is wrong (game on sale)

    Pricing across different markets doesn't necessarily tally exactly with exchange rates.

    Sometimes prices will be roughly equivalent, other times they will not and it's not just the exchange rate playing a part.

    and those stats for McFadden were his best ever while AP was his worst.. Manhandler you have no idea what you are talking about. I agree with October, you must be a troll! As for the ratings, the initial team ratings are always out of whack. Wait till Week
    2 or 3 once the season starts. Then the ratings will truly reflect how good a team is.
